Can we talk about loyal? I had another agency contact me with a significantly lower premium than what I was paying via their Agency. Once they had received the cancellation, they called and didn’t pressure me but asked for them to be help them retain my business. They went out of their way to ensure I received the better price through them and issued the refunds instantly. Chris personally called and ensure that my coverage was taken care of!!!
